Card Patterns 40 and more holiday cards!

This is the first time I'm entering a card on time for a sketch challenge in months! Last night Card Patterns Sketch 40 caught my eye and while I had my super fun Cosmo Cricket Golly by Jolly kit out, I made a card! Here it is:

The stitching is DCWV rub on and the black pp is Pink Paislee Fascinating. The sentiment is SEI rub on words Glitzmas.

I had my CC kit out to make this fun snowman card:

I used SU Petite Rose ink to color the pink slowflakes and then covered them with fruit punch stickles. I hand stitched the hills and the border. If you want to learn how to make perfect hills, check out this awesome tutorial by the very talented Debbie Olson on The Classroom blog.

Here's one more card I made; it is a window card; the first one I've ever made. I don't know why I've never made one before!

That's all for today. Thanks for stopping by!
Michelle :)

Great batch of cards! I like the brads inside the buttons - looks neat. And your hills are perfect!

I'm so glad you got to play along with the Card Patterns sketch - I'm the sponsor over there this week. :)
