Card Positioning Systems #79
Here is my take on Sketch #79 over at http://www.cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/.
The sketches and the examples by the design team there are amazing! I also really like the tutorials they post. I know the picture isn't great but I took it with the camera on my new PINK blackberry that I just got. I also took a great picture of this cute groundhog who likes to eat grass and sometimes tomatoes in our yard. I'll be back with that later! Thanks for stopping by!

Treasured Scrapbooking August Card Kit
I got my August card kit the other day and couldn't wait to start playing with it! It's just what I like; lots of bright colors. I used a stencil to make the petals and I layered the pp onto cardstock to make them stand out more. The stem is Rusty Pickle Rock Star chipboard that I covered with PP. I put the petals on pop dots and that's about it. Love the kit; it's so fun!

3D Design Challenge
I found a great new challenge blog--3D Design Challenge and the first challenge was to create a 2468 box. I haven't ventured out of the card/layout realm so I'm really excited about this. This is my take on the challenge. I decorated each side with a small chipboard flower and glued the green ribbon along the bottom. I think the scallop on top is Sassafrass Lass. Gee that's a lot of s's. Is that right? Anywho, I am going to make more of these because they were so fun!

Little Critters
Here is my most recent card. It was made using all Martha Stewart papers. I never buy her stuff because it is never on sale but it was in the Clearance section at Michael's! So I bought a whole bunch of paper. Anyway, I cut out all the little critters and embellished them. I don't really like to do tiny details but they were so cute and needed it. I used to make jewelry but I stopped doing that because everything was so tiny. But now I have a ton of bead to use!
