CPS # 83

Clearly, I am on the fall bandwagon. This is my take on this week's sketch over at http://cardpositioningsystems.blogspot.com/
The pp and the trees are all from the Target $1 section. The felt frame is Fancy Pants and the sentiment is Pink Paislee. Off to try to do some work now. Thanks for stopping by!

Treasured Scrapbooking September Card Kit & Kazan's Sketch #9

I got my Treasured Scrapbooking September card kit a few days ago and it's so pretty. It has gotten me to almost accept summer is over and get in the mood for Autumn--which I love! This is the card I made with the kit; all except the ribbon, felt and orange flower.

I based the card on Kazan's sketch over at http://www.2sketches4you.blogspot.com
I know I'm a week behind in postint my card but I think I did finish a few days ago if that counts for anything!

I just picked up a bunch of cute fall stuff from the $1 section at Target and I can't wait to go play with it!

Neglectful Again!

Well, it has been a while since I've posted anything here, and that's because I haven't been able to do much crafting! EW. For those of you who don't know what I do for a living, I'm a criminal defense attorney. When I have trials, I am super busy and can not focus on anything else. So many times, like this past week, I would look at all my fun stuff and try so hard to create and it just doesn't happen...it's so frustrating!

Fortunately for me, I am no longer in the middle of trial and have much pent up creative energy. Here's what I was able to come up with:

After I left court, I immediately went to A.C. Moore to purchase something. I was hoping to get a new cartridge for my Cuttlebug that I was sooo excited to get but I couldn't find anything I wanted. So I got some super glittery and fun Halloween paper from K and Company. I love it. I paited the tag which I so rarely do and I love how it came out!

After AC Moore, actually I think it was before, I went to the Dollar Tree and got these really cute chipboard die cuts by Miss Elizabeth. That's what most of this cute flower is made with.

OK, I'm done, this may be my longest post ever!
